• Jan. 28, 2025 (Tues.) 12-1 pm - LUNCHEON @ Marina Jack, Sarasota, with DR. SIMI RANAJEE. Dr. Ranajee, PhD and MBA, is a cancer survivor, former Ms. India Worldwide, former host of Bombay Broadcast Network, Chairman and Founder of Mission Neem 5 (themn5.com), author, and winner of Chicago’s ‘Rising Stars” award by Today’s Chicago Woman. Dr. Simi is also a sought-after TEDx Talk speaker, author, and professional consultant in sales, marketing, business development, and communications, with a focus on healthcare. As a results-driven C-Level experienced executive, her over 25 years of experience in technology, communications, selling and marketing complex products and services to various industries includes multi-million dollar engagements in pharmaceuticals/healthcare, education, retail, fitness, information technologies and subscription based software, food and beverage, and aesthetics/image. She has served on the American Cancer Society, American Patient Rights Association, and Selah Freedom boards. Her TEDx Talk centers around her journey with cancer, and how to look at trauma through a different lens. A joint event with the Ivy League Club of Sarasota-Manatee.
• Feb. 2, 2025 (Fri.) @ 2:30 pm - SARASOTA ORCHESTRA'S "HEROIC SPIRIT" MASTERWORKS CONCERT @ the Van Wezel in Sarasota, featuring works by Beethoven, Marquez, and Shostakovich. Acclaimed violinist Anne Akiko Meyers makes her Sarasota Orchestra debut, and new Music Director Designate Giancarlo Guerrero conducts this dynamic program. A joint event with the Ivy League Club of Sarasota-Manatee.
• Feb. 14, 2025 (Fri.) 11:45-1:15 pm - HYP LUNCHEON @ Michaels on East, Sarasota, with Princeton's Kim Lane Scheppele, discussing The Crisis of Democracy in International Context. Ms. Scheppele is a 2024 Guggenheim Fellowship recipient and the Laurance S. Rockefeller Professor of Sociology and International Affairs in the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and the University Center for Human Values at Princeton University. Ms. Scheppele is also a faculty fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

• March. 14, 2025 (Fri.) - SARASOTA OPERA'S "THE BARBER OF SEVILLE" (7:30 pm) with PRIVATE PRE-OPERA RECEPTION (6:15pm) @ the Sarasota Opera House. Join us for Gioachino Rossini's beloved comic opera, "The Barber of Seville." Hilarious complications ensue when Count Alvaro enlists the help of Figaro, the Barber of Seville, to win the heart of the beautiful Rosina. A joint event with the Ivy League Club of Sarasota-Manatee.
• Apr. 11, 2025 (Fri.) 11:45-1:15 pm - LUNCHEON @ Michaels on East, Sarasota, with Dr. Phillippe Boulanger, an expert on innovation, artificial intelligence, disruption, growth, change and risk management by experimentation, digital transformation, intrapreneurship, growth hacking, corporate hacking, startup culture in enterprise, open innovation and prospective / futurology.
