MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:

  • Our Membership year expires on September 30.

- In any calendar year, if a membership is purchased prior to April 1st, it will expire on September 30 of the same year.
- In any calendar year, if a membership is purchased on or after April 1st, it will expire on September 30 of the next year.

  • All membership categories receive email newsletters & web bulletins (electronic only).
  • To receive printed notices via regular mail, you must select a Print/Mail membership type (additional cost).

  • Renewing Members / Membership Has Expired (already Registered in our system):
    • Select “Login” from the top menu below the Club name
    • Select the “Login/Register ” dropdown
    • Complete Sign-in under the "Existing Users" area on the page
    • If you are not recognized by our system, check the email address for the email account that you now are using in your attempts to log in (in order to ensure that you have not switched to a different email account from the one that you originally associated with your online profile).  If you are still having difficulties with log in, please email 
      Webmaster@SarasotaHarvardClub.org.
    • Choose membership type & pay by VISA/Mastercard*,  OR  Download Mail-In Membership Form & pay by Check
